CONFIDENCE:  We have many years of experience as we have been in business since 2001 and managing vacation homes in the Florida Panhandle since 2005.  We also have a management company in the Orlando area where we have been managing properties since 2001. Rest-assured that you have a team of professionals who work assiduously and is there to support you every step of the way. 

CARE:  Your home is treated as it is our very own.  We understand the importance of keeping your property well-maintained and secure.  For example, our booking system generates a new door code for each guest.  This provides you with a great sense of security as many of our competitors use the same door code, or even the same set of keys year round.

COMMITMENT:  Our very first home under management is still under our care.  This says something about our loyalty and allegiance to our owners.

CONSIDERATION:  Since we own our own vacation rental homes, we understand the issues and challenges that homeowners face.  We work with you in managing your home and do our best to reduce costs whenever possible.  We do not charge for any bookings which you place in your home.   

CONVENIENCE: You will have 24-hour access to your calendar through our website.  You can view when your home is booked or when it is unoccupied.  You will also be able to enter your own bookings any time of day.  There is no need to contact us when an owner booking is made.  We are notified automatically by email and the booking is placed in our system.

COMPREHENSIVE MARKETING:  We market your vacation home through a variety of distribution channels to get the highest nightly rates possible in order to help you achieve the maximum rental income potential for your property.  We recognize that competitive pricing of your home is extremely critical.  It is very important that we do not market your property with a price point which is either too high resulting in low occupancy, or too low whereby you would receive high occupancy, but lower revenues.  We always book our summer weeks Saturday-Saturday to maximize your revenue.  Some companies in the area will break up a week in the summer season which can decresae the owners income.

COST:  We do not charge a monthly management fee or owner booking fees.
